The lastest RCP average has Biden up by 6.3%. According to the average, around 9.5% of those polled didn't express a preference. Some won't vote, Some will vote for someone else. Some haven't decided yet. I don't think we know how many are in each group.
There are a couple of big factors, however: 1) How does the pandemic go? 2) Does the economy recover?
