Good article. Thanks for sharing. Looks like effective treatment options will be here before a vaccine. That will still be good news. We need it.
A perverted scenario that has been brewing in my mind. China develops a vaccine. It's proven effective. Trump screams Fake News. China proceeds to distribute it through WHO which means the US will be left out. Trump tells the world not to receive it from China and threatens sanctions. The world takes the China vaccine anyway and stops the spread. The whole world imposes a travel ban on the US. Cases continue to skyrocket and dead bodies pile up here. Trump goes to war with China.
There isn't enough time for all that if Trump loses in November. If he wins, then all bets are off.
