Long before this one ends, they are gutting all the restrictions on banks. So they will be able to gamble and keep the wins and when they lose we will bail them out. We have all lived through this movie before. The story.

Long before this one ends, they are gutting all the restrictions on banks. So they will be able to gamble and keep the wins and when they lose we will bail them out. We have all lived through this movie before. The story.Oh joy! So are we headed back to the Tranches? Banks want to have their money and eat it too. Wall Street smells a fat pig roasting and will want their share, as well as some or most of whatever left-over's are remitted to us. We should be moving the other way, back to the time when Investment Bankers, like Goldman Sachs, gambled with THEIR OWN MONEY, absent any back-up from the deep pockets of the Fed. Long Term Capital Management, Lehmann Bros., TARP. Has nothing been learned? Of course Wall Street will respond by saying, as they have in the past, "it's different this time"!
