I keep expecting the "rubber band effect" that usually occurs after a significant poll move. Haven't seen it yet.

And much of the damage is self-inflicted.

It is hard to imagine July being as bad politically as June, but it is hard to see COVID getting better or Trump changing course.

I think anyone who could be persuaded to dump Trump has done so by now. I don't see a lot of new support for Trump.

There are fewer than 8% undecided, which is a remarkable number for July 1. I think nothing changes much between now and November.
