A monumental decision, and pretty much unavoidable for the strict constructionists on the court, as Gorsuch's opinion makes clear. I'm not a lawyer but this seems like a monumentally broad interpretation that all but enshrines LGBTQ as a protected class. It will be interesting to read the commentary. Link: BOSTOCK v. Hmmm,does this mean we now need to be keeping an eye on Gorsuch to see if he has a voting pattern worth paying attention to?

Roberts voted in favor of California in the covid church closure case. Out of curiosity, I googled Roberts 5-4 and it brought up that Roberts kept the Affordable Care Act alive.
