She is currently on a ventilator in Florida and not doing well.
He watches hours of Fox News every day, and is a big Trump supporter. We have remained friends by not talking about politics.
I wonder if this will have any affect on his politics. I won't be asking.

She is in her 50's. Her mother (our friend's ex-wife) was hospitalized but recovered.

Sad, sorry to hear. I know of no second-separation sufferers in my circles.

Quick update. She is 53. The doctors say her only hope is a plasma donation from someone who has the antibodies.
Here's hoping...

My condolences. My brother-in-law's mother passed away. She tested positive. So finally somebody I know has died of covid19.

Saw a stat this morning that 9 out of 10 COVID sufferers in NYC who went on ventilators didn't survive. Brutal.

The woman's mother contacted local TV about her daughter's need for Plasma and they did a story about it. Apparently other local stations picked up the story two. Here is a link to the video: Hoping plasma will save her life.Apparently Stephanie went to the hospital a total of 3 three times before she was admitted and on one of the earlier visits tested negative for COVID. Are the tests unreliable?
