Below are a bunch of predictions for the order of finish in the Pac-12. There seem to be 5 tiers:
Tier 1: Purdue, Indiana, UCLA
Tier 2: Rutgers, Michigan, Ohio State
Tier 3: Oregon, Miichigan State, Illinois, USC, Maryland
Tier 4: Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Washington
Tier 5: Minnesota, Penn State
I would move Oregon and Michigan State up to Tier 1. They have a legitimate chance to win the Big Ten.
