I have been a huge fan of the Showtime series, Billions .. Until Season 6.
To me the show went completely off the rails. It was one thing to watch a hedge-fund billionaire obsessively use any tactics to win. I fully believe that happens in real life.
Show like We Crashed about WeWork and Super Pumped about Uber depict the same kind of tactics. I don't think you become insanely wealthy in one generation without a determination to crush competitors and anyone else who gets in your way. (Of course, there are exceptions, like Warren Buffett, who seems decent.)
However, the depiction of the New York AG's office going on a vendetta against an individual without any evidence of a crime is just off. The entire office seems willing to break laws with gusto, and there are no consequences.
I think Billions had 5 great seasons, but I found Season 6 disgusting. I don't expect to watch Season 7.
