I created this for my twitter account, but I will post this here too. It's the different partisan registration by county for the California counties south of 37 N. Based upon Paul Mitchell's polidata voter visualization tool. Some counties (read Orange and San Diego) have huge differences between registration for those age 18-29 and those age 75+. The 45-49 range is close to the total average. PartyRes.pptx (489.14 KB)

Most counties seem to have a big difference. None of the demographics favor Republicans, but it takes a lot longer for that to have an effect than most people realize.
Interesting stuff.
