Since it's a pay site, I don't feel comfortable saying much.
They rank Peyton Watson at #9. That's a joke: He won't start, he won't play 20 MPG and I wouldn't be surprised if he scores less than 6 PPG. The smartest thing he can do is wait for Jaquez and Juzang to leave and then Watson will play a huge role (Riley, Bernard and Singleton are also gone).
They rank Jaquez ahead of Johnny Juzang. Jaquez recently dropped 49 points in the Drew League against a team with 3 NBA starters taking turns failing to have any chance at all of guarding him.
I don't know who will be better, but I think both are future starters in the NBA. Not all-stars, unless Johnny learns a Klay Thompson fadeaway J. Then, he will be a lottery pick and could be an offensive star. About 45% of NBA scoring comes off transition and offensive rebounds, so the ability to guard people one on one is very overrated if you have the ability to score a ton of points in a very efficient way.
One thing Johnny was told by the NBA: Improve your defensive rebounding. STAT. That was actually comment #1. Comment #2: Finish through contact. They want him to show mental and physical toughness at something besides scoring.
I'm curious to see what Tyger Campbell will do if UCLA won a NC or just made it back to the Final 4. UCLA is by far the biggest brand overseas and Campbell could make more money playing in Europe (mainly because of the tax laws) than a lot of guys making NBA minimum. He'll have his degree and playing with Bailey and Andrews might be difficult. Or not.
Jaylen Hands played in Serbia last year. Remember Mustapha Adbul-Hamid? He got $250,000 to play in Serbia. Hands got $600,000 this past season and will get $750,000 if he doesn't opt out to sign with Cleveland. That's tax free and he gets the free use of a condo and luxury car and other swag on top of it. A European GM told me he estimated that Hands had a net income of about $1.2 million this year (he got some endorsement money too). I don't think Dwight Howard will do that well this season.
Hands' team, FMP (Belgrade, Eurobasket level), has signed Bryce Jones, who played very well for Murray State. He's a PG.
I would guess that means (especially as Hands played very well in the summer league) that Jaylen Hands will be playing for the Cavaliers this season.
Note: Kris Wilkes is still in basketball limbo, lost somewhere in his brain.
The biggest joke is TyTy Washington ranked at 17. He'll go top 10 for sure, possibly top 5.
