As if that explains why CC beat Sierra Canyon and this made Amari more awesome than he really is. Like, he needs help in that category. Bronny James was held out by his Dad due to Covid-19 concerns and then when Dad decided he should immediately play, not surprisingly he strained a groin muscle. Irony? But he barely played as a FR and would've barely played this year regardless. The problem for Sierra Canyon was the transfer rules: Ryan Grande got eligible first. RJ Lloyd got eligible second and then Chance Westry, a transfer from Pennsylvania the year before when BJ Boston of Georgia and Chinese Yu also transferred in along with Zaire Williams, transferred when he saw that Lloyd was better than he was, and then finally Alpha Chibambe got eligible. If some disruption of personnel was an issue, it wasn't an injury issue. It was GM Andre Chevalier's issue. Ethan Sears, not Ben Bolch nor even Eric Sondheimer, wrote this article. Ethan, you got played. Unless you're a player.
