Well the media did significantly better than I did. Both of us were way off on Arizona State. Like everyone else I was impressed with their talent at guard. Like everyone else, I underestimated their weakness in the front line. My big screw-up was USC. I over-estimated Andy Enfield's ability to screw up his team. I also missed on the quality of his transfers. Who knew that Tahj Eaddy would be this good? We both missed on Oregon State. While tying for 6th may not be that exciting, it is in Corvallis. Again, a bunch of JUCO's and transfers elevated their roster. Utah and Washington messed me up. I expected both to be better. Next season will be even harder with more coaches filling their rosters with transfers. It's a fool's errand, but I will issue a bunch of wrong predictions for next season. But first we get the best 4 weeks of the year.
