In case anyone is wondering, this case was where the SCOTUS said it had the sole power to interpret the Constitution, to declare laws or acts of the Government unconstitutional, etc.
That's not in the Constitution.
Will a Court dominated by textualists overturn this case, too? Why not shut down the SCOTUS at that point, since they have no work left...

They could still settle disputes between different lower Federal Courts and between states.
