Three of the four Duke predictions are from Duke's 247 site. And they have prediction accuracies of around 75%. The guy picking UCLA is at 95% all-time.

It seems like a difficult choice: 1) Duke very badly wants a giant class for Jon Scheyer v 2) His brother lives in LA, he's been to LA a lot, they actually need a player at his position right away, etc., etc., etc.
If Cronin & staff score a class of Andrews, Bailey, Mitchell and Bona, that will give UCLA a tie for its highest-rated class since the star system was initiated: 19 points, the same as Muhammed, Anderson, Parker and Adams.
But if, as expected, Jaquez joins Juzang, Riley, Bernard and Singleton out the door, Cronin will have another scholarship to offer in the Spring. Of course, he might try to bring in an experienced transfer ala Myles Johnson.
Maybe Amari Bailey will get his wish and have his psychic partner Shy Odom join him in Westwood? It might make sense for UCLA to get a Chuck Hayes-type to balance all of the guys already thinking about the NBA. Odom is taller than Hayes. He's closer in size to Riley, but has a lot more offensive skills at the same stage of their careers.
This would be even more true if one of Nwuba or Etienne take a hike. Nwuba will be out of eligibility the same year as Johnson and presumably Watson and possibly Mitchell will be skipping town that year as well. So, unless Cronin thinks he can reload with 5-stars every year, he perhaps should save up for a rainy day and take the sure bet with Odom.
